Our 2-week proprietary training program developed by our founding physicians combines lecture and smart simulations and on-the-job learning. This will help you equip and prepare yourselves in becoming a Medical Virtual Assistant.

Citizenship

As we mentioned on our homepage, this business is specially done for Filipinos. Therefore applicants must reside in the Philippines and should not have dual citizenship.

Work Environment

Professional means having a plain background and decent lighting. There should be no unnecessary noise or clutter, so you look and feel good.

Education & Certificates

Everyone must submit a diploma to prove they are a medical field graduate, such as in nursing, medical technology, pharmacy, or physical therapy. Certificates from medical transcription or US insurance companies may also be provided.

Security Check

Security is our top priority. We work with US clients, and they are very strict with security and privacy. We want to ensure that we give them the best and someone with no criminal records that could put our clients and their patients at risk.

1. Application

2. Assessment

An assessment invite will be sent to those who pass the paper screening based on the minimum qualifications.

3. Interview

Those who will pass the assessment will receive an email confirming that they will proceed to the next step which is the interview.

4. Training & Endorsement

After the training, the candidate must also pass the certification. The candidate will then be endorsed to a client who meets the required skill set. A client interview will also take place during this stage.
