  • WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL BACKGROUND, BUT ZERO BPO EXPERIENCE?
    We prioritize applicants who have BPO/ CPO experience in US clinics and US insurance and have done particular tasks such as: 1. Prior authorization 2. Medication refill 3. Credentialing 4. Medical billing 5. Scribing and transcription We also give special attention to those with experience using different EMRs such as practice fusion, E-clinical works, Open Dental, and other similar software. ​ If you have a medical degree but need CPO/ BPO Experience on US Healthcare accounts, you will likely need to undergo training to familiarize yourself with the tasks in a US clinic. ​ Suppose you have CPO/ BPO experience on US healthcare accounts but do not have a medical degree. In that case, you will be adequately assessed by a career coach, and if your experience matches the tasks to be done, you will be endorsed to a client immediately; otherwise, you would be recommended to undergo training.
  • WHAT HAPPENS DURING AND AFTER TRAINING?
    While on training, you would be asked to comply with all the requirements to be endorsed to a client. Once the conditions have been submitted, your profile will be circulated even while you are still in training until you can get a client. After training, if you still need to be endorsed to a client, you will have to wait until we find a client. In the meantime, you can access our training site and review the concepts and tasks done in the clinic. Ensure you have all the confidence you need to get the job done.
  • WHAT IS THE SUCCESS RATE OF YOUR TRAINEES GETTING PLACED?
    We ensure to endorse all our trainees to every client we come across. The chances of getting placed depend entirely on the candidate’s profile and interview skills. Our career managers will make sure to assist you in boosting your confidence for the interview and making sure your profiles are presentable to clients.
  • CAN I WORK WITH 2 CLIENTS?
    Usually, you will work with one client, a 7-8 hour shift. The reason behind that is that all our clients are currently in the PST time zone. However, should the demand in other time zones increase, you may get part-time clients from other states?
  • I AM CURRENTLY EMPLOYED, CAN I ATTEND THE TRAINING PROGRAM AND RESIGN AFTER I GET A CLIENT WITH YOU?
    We highly suggest you train with us if there are no other commitments because, as mentioned previously, you will be endorsed to clients upon completing your requirements while on training. This means that even while on training, we can pull you out once a client is interested in working with you.
  • WHAT SKILLS ARE EXPECTED FROM ME BEFORE I APPLY?
    The most important one is to have excellent conversation skills. We work with clients who want to communicate with fluent, confident, minimal to no accent English speakers. Based on our data, people with this quality get clients’ attention quickly and hire them almost immediately. Our Career managers could train other skills, but we are keen on attitude and professionalism towards work. If you think you’re this person, you have a great future with us.
  • HOW DOES THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WORK?
    The recruitment process comes with 5 easy steps. ​ 1. Submit a complete application requirements. 2. Receive a call from our Recruitment Specialist. 3. Be scheduled for an evaluation by our career managers. 4A. Once accepted, receive a new contractor packet which contains instructions to be endorsed to clients. 4B. If you require training, you will be short-listed for our MedVA training program (free-of-charge) and will be contacted when there is a schedule. 5. Upon completing all requirements, you will be endorsed to clients.

    MedVA is a US- based company whose headquarters is located in Nevada. The operations are currently in the Metropolitan area of Los Angeles.
  • HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING ? IS IT A PAID TRAINING?
    Should you require foundational training, it will last 2-3 weeks depending on your performance and compliance of all the requirements. The training itself is not “paid” like any other BPO companies, however once you secure a client, training with them is already going to be paid.
